Troubleshooting Three APN issues (iPhone)
If mobile data still does not work after entering the Three APN settings, try the following steps in order:
1. Toggle aeroplane mode. Turn aeroplane mode on for ten seconds, then turn it off. This forces your phone to reconnect to the Three network and re-register the APN profile.
2. Restart fully — this clears short-lived faults and applies the new values.
3. Rebuild the APN from scratch — one wrong character in the name or MMSC URL is a common cause of failure. Delete the profile and re-enter every value.
4. Reset all network settings. On Android: Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings. On iPhone: Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings. This clears all saved Wi-Fi passwords, Bluetooth pairings and APN settings, then restores the Three defaults.
