RWG Mobile MMS settings control how your phone sends and receives picture messages. The MMSC address is http://mms.um.rwgmobile:10021/mmsc and MMS Proxy is mms.rwgmobile on port 8799. Most Android devices need these entered manually. iPhones receive them automatically via the carrier bundle.

Android MMS Setup — RWG Mobile

Samsung (Galaxy devices)

  1. Open Settings › Connections › Mobile Networks › Access Point Names.
  2. Tap your existing RWG Mobile APN or tap + to create a new one.
  3. Set APN: rwgmobile.
  4. Enter MMSC: http://mms.um.rwgmobile:10021/mmsc.
  5. Enter MMS Proxy: mms.rwgmobile and MMS Port: 8799.
  6. Set APN Type: default,supl,mms.
  7. Tap ⋮ › Save, tap the radio button to activate the profile, then restart your phone.

Pixel and other Android

  1. Open Settings › Network & internet › Mobile network › Access point names.
  2. Tap + to add or tap your existing RWG Mobile APN to edit.
  3. Copy each value from the table above, skipping anything not listed.
  4. Tap ⋮ › Save. Tap the radio button to activate, then restart.
⚠ After saving on Android, the APN is not yet active until you tap the filled radio button next to it.

RWG Mobile MMS on iPhone

iPhones receive MMS settings automatically via the RWG Mobile carrier bundle. If picture messages are not working on iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings › General › About and install any available carrier settings update.
  2. Go to Settings › Messages and confirm MMS Messaging is toggled ON.
  3. Toggle Aeroplane Mode on for around 15 seconds, then off.
  4. Give the iPhone a restart and test with a picture message.
  5. If it's still failing, go to Settings › General › Transfer or Reset iPhone › Reset › Reset Network Settings.
