Android Setup — ASDA Mobile
- Open Settings › Connections › Mobile Networks.
- Tap Access Point Names.
- Tap + to create a new APN profile.
- Set APN: everywhere. Username: eesecure, Password: secure.
- Set MCC: 234, MNC: 30, APN Type: default,supl.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) then Save. Tap the radio button to activate.
- Restart your phone or toggle Aeroplane Mode to apply changes.
- Open Settings › Network & internet › SIMs.
- Tap your ASDA Mobile SIM › Access Point Names › +.
- Enter APN: everywhere. Username: eesecure, Password: secure.
- Save and activate. Toggle Aeroplane Mode to reconnect.
- Open Settings › Mobile Network › Access Point Names.
- Add a new APN with APN: everywhere and all values from the table above.
- Save, select as active, and restart your device.
ASDA Mobile on iPhone
ASDA Mobile iPhones receive APN settings via the carrier bundle — manual entry is not available on iOS. If data is not working:
- Go to Settings › General › About and install any carrier update.
- Toggle Aeroplane Mode on for 15 seconds, then off.
- Ensure Cellular Data is enabled.
- Restart the iPhone fully.
- If still failing: Contact ASDA Mobile on 0800 952 0011 (freephone).
Parent Network: EE
ASDA Mobile uses EE's network and EE's APN — everywhere with credentials eesecure/secure. This is unusual: most MVNOs have their own distinct APNs. EE APN settings are directly applicable to ASDA Mobile.

Troubleshooting ASDA Mobile Data
- Toggle Aeroplane Mode for 15 seconds to force network re-registration on EE's infrastructure.
- Restart your phone to apply any saved APN settings.
- Verify the APN reads exactly everywhere — no spaces, no http://, no extra characters.
- Check credentials: Username = eesecure, Password = secure. Missing credentials block authentication.
- Reset network settings and re-create the APN from scratch if the above steps do not resolve the issue.
