Android Setup — iD Mobile
- Open Settings › Connections › Mobile Networks.
- Tap Access Point Names.
- Tap + to create a new APN profile.
- Set APN: data.id. Leave Username and Password blank — this is an open APN.
- Set MCC: 234, MNC: 20, APN Type: default,supl.
- Tap the three-dot menu › Save. Tap the radio button to activate.
- Restart your phone or toggle Aeroplane Mode to apply.
- Open Settings › Network & internet › SIMs.
- Tap your iD Mobile SIM › Access Point Names › +.
- Enter APN: data.id. No credentials needed — leave username and password blank.
- Save and activate the profile. Toggle Aeroplane Mode to reconnect.
- Open Settings › Mobile Network › Access Point Names.
- Add a new APN with APN: data.id and all values from the table above.
- Save, select as active, and restart your device.
iD Mobile APN on iPhone
iD Mobile iPhones receive APN settings automatically via the carrier bundle. If mobile data is not working:
- Go to Settings › General › About and install any available carrier update.
- Toggle Aeroplane Mode on for 15 seconds, then off.
- Confirm Cellular Data is enabled under Settings › Cellular.
- Restart the iPhone fully (hold power + volume).
- If still failing: Contact iD Mobile on 0333 003 7777 (standard UK rate) or via the iD Mobile app.
Parent Network: Three
iD Mobile uses Three's network infrastructure. The APN is data.id, not Three's "three.co.uk". No username or password is required for either network — both use an open APN model.

Troubleshooting iD Mobile Data
- Toggle Aeroplane Mode for 15 seconds to force network re-registration.
