EE MMS settings control how your phone sends and receives picture messages (MMS). The EE MMSC address is http://mms/pict and MMS Proxy is 149.254.201.135 on port 8080. On most Android devices, a single APN entry combining internet and MMS is sufficient. iPhones receive these settings automatically.

⚠ MMS requires an active mobile data connection. Picture messages cannot be sent over Wi-Fi only.
Android MMS Setup — EE
- Open Settings › Connections (Samsung) or Network & internet (Pixel) › Mobile Networks.
- Tap Access Point Names. Find your existing EE APN or tap + to create a new one.
- Set APN: everywhere.
- Enter MMSC: http://mms/pict.
- Enter MMS Proxy: 149.254.201.135 and MMS Port: 8080.
- Set APN Type: default,supl,mms. On Samsung and Pixel devices you can add
mmsto the APN Type field of your existing EE internet APN (making itdefault,supl,mms) rather than creating a separate MMS APN. - Tap ⋮ › Save, activate the profile, then restart your phone.
EE MMS on iPhone
iPhones configure MMS settings automatically via the EE carrier bundle. If picture messages are not working, go to Settings › General › About and install any carrier update, then restart.
- Go to Settings › General › About and install any available carrier update.
- Toggle Aeroplane Mode on for 15 seconds, then off.
- Open your messaging app and confirm MMS Messaging is enabled in Settings › Messages.
- Restart the iPhone if picture messages still fail.
