Troubleshooting O2 MMS

  1. Check mobile data is active — MMS requires a data connection, not just Wi-Fi.
  2. Verify the MMSC is set to http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002 exactly.
  3. Check MMS Port is 8080 — wrong port is a common failure cause.
  4. Check APN Type includes mms (e.g. default, supl, mms).
  5. Enable MMS in your messaging app — most apps have an MMS toggle in their settings.
  6. Restart your phone after saving APN changes to apply them.
  7. Reset network settings and re-enter the values manually if the above steps fail.
