Utility Warehouse (UW) Mobile is a UK MVNO on Vodafone's network, offered as part of UW's multi-service bundle including energy and broadband. The APN is data.uwclub.net — no credentials needed. UW Mobile gives access to Vodafone's 4G and 5G infrastructure.

Android Setup — Utility Warehouse
- Open Settings › Connections › Mobile Networks.
- Tap Access Point Names.
- Tap + to create a new APN profile.
- Set APN: data.uwclub.net. Leave Username and Password blank — Utility Warehouse uses an open APN.
- Set MCC: 234, MNC: 15, APN Type: default,supl.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) then Save. Tap the radio button to activate.
- Restart your phone or toggle Aeroplane Mode to apply changes.
- Open Settings › Network & internet › SIMs.
- Tap your Utility Warehouse SIM › Access Point Names › +.
- Enter APN: data.uwclub.net. Leave Username and Password blank — Utility Warehouse uses an open APN.
- Save and activate. Toggle Aeroplane Mode to reconnect.
- Open Settings › Mobile Network › Access Point Names.
- Add a new APN with APN: data.uwclub.net and all values from the table above.
- Save, select as active, and restart your device.
Utility Warehouse on iPhone
Utility Warehouse iPhones receive APN settings via the carrier bundle — manual entry is not available on iOS. If data is not working:
- Go to Settings › General › About and install any carrier update.
- Toggle Aeroplane Mode on for 15 seconds, then off.
- Ensure Cellular Data is enabled.
- Restart the iPhone fully.
- If still failing: Contact Utility Warehouse on 0333 777 0777.
Parent Network: Vodafone
UW Mobile uses Vodafone's network but its own APN data.uwclub.net. No credentials are required — unlike Vodafone direct which uses wap/wap. The MMS proxy is shared with Vodafone.

Troubleshooting Utility Warehouse Data
- Toggle Aeroplane Mode for 15 seconds to force network re-registration on Vodafone's infrastructure.
- Restart your phone to apply any saved APN settings.
- Verify the APN reads exactly data.uwclub.net — no spaces, no http://, no extra characters.
- Confirm credentials are blank: username and password must be empty for this open APN.
- Reset network settings and re-create the APN from scratch if the above steps do not resolve the issue.
